0verview: The Business Unit Manager is responsible for managing Saudi Arabia Branch; develops new deposit, loan and merchant business for a specific target market of small to medium size businesses and business professionals; ensures all activities run smoothly and efficiently for the department; provides leadership, training and supervision to officers and other personnel within the department; provides a superior level of customer relations and service; and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: •Build a new network entity in KSA, subsidiary of the network department in ICC Beirut, specialized in Cisco. •Create/develop relationships and networks in order to acquire new accounts. •Pipeline development, sales meetings, accounts management. •Coordination with Beirut Pre-Sales Team. •Responsible for all aspects of the solution selling process. •Responsible for developing sales and profitability plans and executing them. •Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop KSA entity in order to acquire salesmen and technical engineers. Qualifications: •Good spirit with aggressive approach and enthusiasm to closing deals •Able to organize and prioritize work in a multi-task environment. •Able to meet deadlines, follow through commitment and take corrective action where appropriate. •Team leader and management of additional technical resources to meet the needs of an account. Education and Experience: -Bachelor Degree. -Background in Software / Hardware and Cisco Products is a Must -4 Years Experience in Lebanese or/and Saudi Arabia Market Fluent: Arabic and English Nationality:Lebanese
